When buying equipment, the user receives a full package of documents: a technical passport, instructions for use, commodity checks and a warranty coupon. Basic warranty conditions
The warranty period of operation of automatic machines of this brand is 2 years from the date of purchase of goods, which must be indicated on the warranty card. During the above time (24 months), the buyer has the right to free troubleshooting if they are associated with:
- failure of the heating element (TENA);
- breakdown of the drain pump;
- damage to the water inlet / outlet hose;
- engine malfunction.
The list can be continued indefinitely, since any factory defect that could not occur due to the fault of the user, the manufacturer must eliminate on their own and free of charge.
Attention! The guarantee is valid only if the AGR is used for domestic needs and does not apply to equipment involved in entrepreneurial activity.
When warranty repair is not valid
On the official website of the manufacturer, there are cases when repair of the AGR under warranty is not possible. The reason for the failure may be the following:
- improper storage of the machine or its improper transportation;
- violation of the rules of installation, connection or operation of the device;
- detection of mechanical damage and / or traces left by chemicals for the care of SMA, which are not recommended by the manufacturer;
- damage to the device by the owner or specialists who do not have a certificate for such repairs;
- violation of the functionality of the SMA in the event that liquid or foreign objects get into its working blocks.
All these points are identified by an authorized service center employee during the diagnosis of SMA. If it turns out that the AGR malfunction is not related to its improper use, the master is obliged to eliminate the problem on the spot or, if circumstances so require, in the workshop.
